Eligibility Criteria Lot 1: • Proven experience in enterprise‑grade infrastructure deployment. • Strong expertise in server, storage, and network architecture. • Ability to provide on‑site hardware support in Luxembourg Lot 2: • Demonstrated experience with OpenNebula deployments ‑ https://opennebula.io/. • Proven capability in cloud software management and automation. • Familiarity with secure, multi‑site infrastructure deployments. As provided in Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement, exclusion grounds of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) apply to the legal persons as well as to the natural persons convicted by final judgment that are a member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or has powers of representation, decision or control therein. Bidders may complete the ESPD by declaring on honor that they comply with all criteria of the procurement documents. Bidders can apply to one or several lots.
