Supply of an automated clinical chemistry and immunochemistry analyzer and services of related maintenance
The LNS wants:
- To acquire an automated clinical chemistry and immunochemistry analyzer,
- And purchase maintenance services for a minimum period of three years after one year of
warranty.
This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Contract for supply and Services, fixed at four (4) years (1
year of warranty and 3 years of initial maintenance), with optional maintenance of one (1) year renewable
three (3) times at the discretion of the LNS (4 + 1 + 1 + 1), in order to select a Contracting Party.
The Contracting Party shall ensure the due and proper execution and coordination of the acquisition of
the equipment and the services of maintenance, on behalf of the LNS. The supply and Services shall be
performed by the Contracting Party’s staff, whose competence, courtesy and presentation shall be
irreproachable.
The Contract shall only include the following lots:
Lot No. 1: Automated analyzer for clinical chemistry and immunochemistry + 3 years
maintenance
Lot No. 2: Optional 1 year Maintenance renewable for up to 3 years
These lots are inseparable in the sense that each bidder must submit a bid for each of the lots; all the lots
will be awarded to one and the same successful bidder.The procedure followed is the open procedure.
