SELECTION OF A NEW "CLINICAL GENETIC" SOFTWARE FOR THE LNS
The LNS wants: - To purchase a new "Clinical Genetic" software for its National Center of Genetics (NCG), - And its maintenance services. This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a contract for supplies and services, fixed at three (3) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (3 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the LNS, in order to retain a Contracting Party. The Contracting Party shall ensure the due and proper execution and coordination of the acquisition of the Clinical Genetic software and services of maintenance], on behalf of the LNS. The supplies and Services shall be performed by the Contracting Party’s staff, whose competence, courtesy and presentation shall be irreproachable. The Contract shall only include the following lot: - Acquisition of the Clinical Genetic software and its services of maintenance as defined in greater detail in the Technical Terms and Conditions. The procedure followed is the open procedure.
