ESPON tool for mapping soft territorial cooperation areas and initiatives
Objet :
The purpose of this call is to contract a service provider to develop a tool which consists of a web application based on the following outcomes of the 'ESPON ACTAREA' targeted analysis: mapshots and institutional mapping. This service contract shall provide a simple, intuitive and user-friendly web application supported by as many platforms as possible that can be used by stakeholders at different geographical levels.
