Contract Award Notice - ESPON Post 2013 Ex Ante Evaluation
The main purpose of this contract was for the ESPON Monitoring Committee and the Managing Authority of the ESPON 2013 Programme to conclude a service contract to carry out the ex ante evaluation of the ESPON post 2013 Programme to be implemented in the programming period 2014-2020. This call for tender, therefore, aimed at recruiting an external, independent and qualified evaluator able to perform this service contract and the requested tasks, described in the terms of reference.
